An Introduction
In high school, Beckie O'Connor was introduced to graphic design and instantly knew what she wanted to do. She studied Fine Art, Art History, Graphic Design and Marketing at St. Norbert College and to this day she’s still often accused of losing track of time and “being in the zone” working on the her latest project.
Beckie specializes in working with entrepreneurial-minded companies to develop, design and execute a cohesive brand platform across multiple mediums. She brings strategic and conceptual thinking to every campaign she’s involved in. She has been an Associate Creative Director at Havas Worldwide, as well as a Senior Art Director at various Chicago agencies. Her clients span the financial services, real estate and consumer products industries.
Additionally, Beckie leads the marketing efforts for Banging Gavel Brews, a local craft brewery in Chicago’s southwest suburbs. The brewery is a refreshing challenge and she’s excited about its future.

Beckie O'Connor is Partner & Creative Director at Convier Collective, a Chicago based firm specializing in brand development, storytelling, direct response marketing and crafting meaningful experiences.
Her creative leadership in the areas of retail, direct marketing, print advertising, web design and social media has helped client partners at Citi and Liberty Mutual Insurance. She also made an impact with her work on Allstate, American Home Shield, Chase, Comcast SportsNet, Discover, MB Financial, and Roche throughout her career.
SheSays Chicago
Additionally, Beckie passionately shares her skills and support of others in the creative field. She currently is Co-Director of the Chicago Chapter for the organization SheSays. Which is an award-winning organization dedicated to running free mentorship and events for men and women in the creative industry. Chicago has one of the most active chapters across the globe; hosting networking events about every 6 weeks.
